Mason’s Blue Ribbon Apple/Cranberry Granola
Crumble

4 Granny Smith Apples, peeled and cored
- ½ cup dried
cranberries
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ tsp ground
cinnamon
- 1 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp butter 
• Cut peeled apples into thin slices
• Toss apple slices, cranberries, sugar, cinnamon and flour in a large mixing
bowl to coat the apple slices
• Layer apple slice mixture in an 8" x 8" baking pan. Press down
lightly, dot with butter
Crumble Topping:
- ½ cup
light brown sugar
- ½ cup flour
- ¾ cup Mason’s
Kitchen Cranberry Granola
- ½ cup
cold butter
• Mix brown sugar, flour and Mason’s
Kitchen Granola in a medium mixing bowl. Add the cold butter,
cut up into ½" cubes, and mix with a fork or hand
until mixture can be formed into clumps
• Sprinkle topping on top of apples layered
in the baking pan
• Bake at 350 degrees for 25/30 minutes or
until apples are tender
• Cool to room temperature before serving
Delicious served with vanilla ice
cream!
