What is the shelf life for the Bucks County Granola?
Approximately 18 months from the date of manufacture. But once you taste it, there's no way that it'll ever stay around that long! Check the side of the granola box for “Best Before” date.
Are Mason's Kitchen products all-natural?
Yes, there are no artificial colors, flavors, stabilizers, or fillers added to our products.
Do your products contain preservatives?
No, we add no preservatives to Mason's Kitchen products.
What kind of vegetable oil do you use?
Canola oil.
Do I need to refrigerate the Bucks County Granola Bark?
No, but it will last much longer if you store it between 60-70 degrees F.
Why does the fat figure seem elevated on your Bucks County Granola?
The majority of the fat content of our granola is made up of mono-unsaturated and polyunsaturated fats from the tree nuts in our ingredients. We load our granola with pecans, almonds and cashews which contain the kinds of good fats that actually reduce the risk of heart disease and can lower your cholesterol level too.
