The Salvation Army building on 14th Street. Those black trash bags were filled with bread. Bread!!! All kinds of bread and buns. There was also a milk truck on the left (not in photo). Tons and tons of food but they are still lacking the essential gear the rescue workers desperately need. I don't understand why don't they ask the manufacturers to donate some ? 9/17/01
